In this rapidly evolving energy landscape, the significance of diversity and inclusion is emphasized by the importance of breaking through the glass ceiling. This metaphorical barrier has long hindered the ascent of women and underrepresented groups into leadership roles, impeding the industry's full potential. As industry tackles challenges such as climate change, attracting and retaining talent, it becomes evident that true progress necessitates dismantling these barriers.
